At SalhanTech, significant time and resources are invested into every project. Therefore, all payments made are generally considered non-refundable.
Refund eligibility
- If a project is canceled before substantial work has commenced, SalhanTech may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund of up to 60% of the amount paid.
- Any refund issued will account for consultation time, planning, research, design work, development work, administrative costs, and other resources already invested.
Non-refundable situations
No refund will be provided if:
- Website design or development work has commenced.
- The client changes their mind after project initiation.
- The client fails to provide required content or feedback.
- The project is delayed due to client inactivity.
- The project has been completed or substantially completed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
SalhanTech reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
