No. Demos are front-end layout previews only — they show design and pages in the browser but do not include a live backend, CMS, or payment system. Demo templates are AI-coded for showcase. Your paid project is built and delivered for production.
How do payments work?
Most projects require a 50% deposit to start and the remaining balance before your live site goes on your domain. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
How long does a website take?
Delivery depends on your plan and scope. Express and standard timelines are shown on our pricing section. Timelines can shift if content, feedback, or approvals are delayed on the client side.
What do I need to provide?
You'll share your brand name, colors, content, photos, and any feature requests through the client portal website brief. Clear and timely submissions help us stay on schedule.
Do you offer free websites for startups?
Yes — qualifying startups can apply through our Free Startup Program. Approved projects follow the same quality bar as paid clients, with admin review before work begins.
When do I own the website?
Ownership transfers to you after all invoices are paid in full, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are generally non-refundable once work begins. Limited refunds may apply if a project is canceled before substantial work starts. See our Refund Policy for full details.
